All players should be aware that their registration fee includes a component to provide an Out-Of-Pocket Medical and Disability Insurance policy through NSW Baseball and an Income Protection policy through PCBL.
Details of these policies and instructions re making a claim are available on the PCBL website - www.pacificcoast.baseball.com.au
The severity of an injury may not be immediately apparent at the time of the incident, but in order to facilitate a later claim, all injuries need to be noted at the time they occur.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the player affected to ensure that all injuries are noted on the score card and signed off by the umpire.
Injuries suffered during training should be noted in the incident book kept with the First Aid Kit in the equipment shed.
