Falcons Juniors Fees

After 3 years with SportsTG, this year Baseball NSW is introducing a new company, Sports Club HQ, to handle online registrations and payments. At the time of writing this the software is both incomplete and untested so Five Dock Falcons feels that it imperative to maintain our own independent junior’s database each season. Even though you may have registered in the most recent season, the club requests that everyone completes the Five Dock Falcons Junior Registration Form.

We do not want to force our members to use an incomplete and untested system, so at this stage we anticipate having all fees paid directly into the Five Dock Falcons account. After fees have been paid, the Five Dock Falcons Juniors Registrar and Treasurer will enter your basic details into the Sports Club HQ database and pay all compulsory Baseball Australia and Baseball NSW fees. Sports Club HQ will share its database with Baseball NSW.

The registration fee includes the loan of a club playing shirt/uniform. This is to be returned at the end of the season and can be swapped for a new size if the player outgrows it during the season.

You will need to purchase separately the cap, belt, socks (available from the Falcons Canteen), pants, and approved shoes.

The registration fee also includes a $20 canteen credit per registered player that can be used for canteen purchases on game days.

Five Dock Falcons Baseball Club is a registered provider under the NSW government’s Active Kids scheme. Parents/carers who wish to apply for this $100 Government rebate should visit the NSW Government Active Kids website for further information.

Payments can be made directly to the Five Dock Falcons bank account.

The club also has a facility for card payments, made in person at the canteen, for registration, uniform and canteen purchases. If you wish to use this facility please contact the Treasurer to arrange a suitable time.

Baseball Australia and Baseball NSW have not yet announced to the clubs what their compulsory fees will be this year, so at this stage the stated fee is just an estimate.

Fees for Summer Season 2019-2020 (estimate)

The club offers a 10% discount to the second and subsequent child registered from the same family. If you wish to claim this discount please contact the Treasurer.

No money is due until after the provisional teams have been formed, but no-one will be confirmed into a team until fees are paid in full. All fees must be paid by Saturday 31st August 2019.
